update....

Well 6 days and counting down! I am gathering all my stuff together and making a list. Making sure I have everything I might need. I called Camp Hope to confirm my reservations and arrival date, and found out some very good information. I spoke to a young college student who attends Oberlin College up here, he told me that right now it is HOT there and that by the time I arrive in the next week or so it will be even HOTTER!! He assured me that it will be hot even to me who is coming from the cold north! I talked to him for awhile and he said I am better prepared than most folks who come there so I guess that's a good thing.

Another great turn for me was that one of my best friends has a van she travels n all the time, she is giving it to me to take instead of having to take my personal SUV! I cannot believe it! She is having it all checked out and making sure it is ready in all ways to make the trip, and it has a hitch on it already.

Things are looking good. I am getting the trailer ready and packing it. Soon I will get the bike on it and getting that all ready to travel.
